Our ES-1157-C Jet Shot non-contact marking system applies a repeatable non-atomized mark on fast-moving packaging materials, provides approximately 1,000 prints per two ounces of ink, and can remain idle between markings.
Our ES-800 Series Spray Systems are ideal for web-of-material marking applications and other fast-moving applications requiring small, controlled marking. Most fast-dry marking fluids are compatible with this spray system, which provides an atomized spray mark. It’s also exceptional in hard-to-reach areas and can come with 3” or 6” extensions.
Operating between 5 to 15 PSI, our ES-1010 Low-Pressure Spray System minimizes overspray while providing fast-drying spot or line marking for continual packaging runs.
Carco’s water-based inks can be easily removed, come in either dye type or pigmented, and are available in multiple colors and drying times. For UV-activated applications, we recommend our WFL-860 Fluorescent, which is activated by 366 NM UV light. The WFL-860 is non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-hazardous, like all our water-based inks.
Our Dye Type Inks are non-settling, non-plugging, and ideal for light-colored or metal surfaces. They are available in various colors and can dry anywhere between 10 seconds and 15 minutes, depending on application needs. We offer a 1000-I Fluorescent dye type ink for UV-activated paper and packaging applications. It’s activated by 366 NM UV light and has a fast drying time.
