The ES-2100 Spring Marker system is a contact marker that leverages a rectangular-shaped spring marker head designed to imprint repeatable, neat rectangular marks on substrates. The thickness of the felt pad allows for a variety of Carco marking fluids to be used. Available with optional magnetic reed and hall effect switches.
Features
The ES-2100 is fitted with the ES-641-2100 Rectangular Spring marker head which houses a ¼” x 7/8” felt pad. This standard unit is mounted to a double acting non-rotating block mount 2” air cylinder with flow controls. Various stroke lengths are also available upon request. A block mount cylinder allows for the marker to be mounted in any orientation. The ES-1157 Ink pump provides a metering system to refresh the felt pad during manufacturing operations.
