Carco’s ES-612 Spring Marker is our company’s original contact marker. Effortlessly exact, the ES-612 uses the ES-641 Spring Loaded marking head to apply a consistent, repeatable marking.
Features
The ES-612 Spring Marker has the ease of integration, along with a large choice of standard round marking head/nib sizes 1/8′′, 1/4′′, 1/2′′, 3/4′′, 1.0′′ and 1.5′′. The standard unit is mounted to a double acting non-rotating block mount 2” air cylinder—custom stroke lengths are also available. The block mount cylinder allows for the marker to be mounted in any orientation. This product is also available with optional magnetic reed cylinder and hall effect switches.
