The ES-712 contact system can be easily integrated into automated systems. It even features a double-acting, non-rotating block, which allows it to be mounted in any orientation. The ES-712 is also exceptionally economical and can mark around 20,000 parts using only 2 ounces of ink, and it can come with an optional agitator to prevent settling and solidification.

The ES-2168 is our smaller version of the ES-712. It features an integrated automated cover assembly head that protects the marking head when not in use and fits well in tight spaces. It can be mounted in any orientation and includes an optional fluid mixing feature to prevent settling.

Get enhanced precision with our ES-2100 model, which uses a rectangular marking head to make consistently clear rectangular marks. The ES-2100 is designed with our ES-1157 ink pump to provide more accurate fluid control. This system can be used in just about any environment and is compatible with most of our marking inks, including our UV-activated products.

The ES-400 creates uniform stripes and can be easily integrated into in-line processes for batch identification and material identification applications. It features a compact design, so it can be installed in nearly any facility without requiring any significant alterations. The ES-400 is also designed for both ease of installation and operation, and it has a low-pressure range to produce overspray.

For in-line, high-speed, non-contact marking, we recommend our ES-800 spray system. It’s compatible with most of our marking inks and can be used to mark different surfaces, whether dry, wet, or oiled. The ES-800 can also be easily adjusted to provide different spray patterns, depending on the type of material being marked.

The ES-1010 is perfect for manufacturers needing a low-pressure in-line option but don’t require a compact solution. This system operates between 5 and 15 PSI to minimize overspray while ensuring precision, and it can also be used in most high-speed industrial applications, including marking extruded products, due to its customizable marking options, including dots and stripes.

Carco’s ES-1157-C is a closed system option that applies a non-atomized mark onto building materials. It’s designed for dirty, dusty, and harsh environments, and features the ability to sit idle between markings, if needed. This system can be mounted in any orientation and has a flexible tube to improve operation in hard-to-reach areas. The ES-1157 can provide 1,000 marks for every 2 ounces of ink and is compatible with specialized inks and different surface types.
