This non-contact, closed-system model applies a non-atomized mark onto material and is designed for fast-moving applications. It can be mounted in any orientation, and its flexible tube can be repositioned to reach challenging areas. The S-1157-C is also compatible with many of our existing dye-type and pigmented marking inks and can be used on dry, absorbent, wet, or lightly oiled parts. It can provide 1,000 marks for every 2 ounces of ink.
The ES-800 Series Spray System is ideal for high-speed, in-line testing. Like the S-1157, it’s compatible with most of our marking inks and can consistently create clear and traceable marks on different surfaces. The ES-800 features more customization capabilities, offering manufacturers the ability to easily adjust the spray patterns from small, controlled marks to entire bands/stripes.
When delicate marking is needed, our ES-1010 Low-Pressure Spray System delivers. It operates between 5 and 15 PSI to minimize overspray, features customizable marking options, including dots and strips, and various mark sizes, and can be easily integrated into existing processes.
