The ES-800 non-contact system excels in high-speed, in-line applications, can be used with just about all of our inks, including our water-based line, and creates uniform markings, even on wet or lightly oiled surfaces. Designed for flexibility, the ES-800 features adjustable spray patterns, as well as 3” and 6” extensions for hard-to-reach areas. This marking system is also easy to set up and operate and requires little to no maintenance, making it perfect for marking lot codes, lumber grades, production tracking numbers, and more.
For consistently accurate stripes, Carco’s ES-400 gets the job done. This non-contact marking system is designed to integrate easily into in-line processes, has a small footprint, and features low-pressure capability to prevent overspray. It also has adjustable spray patterns and can create dot patterns ranging from 1/8” to 1/4”.
The ES-1157 non-contact jet system is ideal for marking operations in smaller facilities. It has a flexible tube that allows the system to be bent to mark objects in hard-to-reach locations. The system is also compatible with most of our inks and can reliably mark dry and wet parts. As a closed system, it’s easy to maintain and is built to last in dirty, dusty, and harsh environments without failure.
