Automated & Handheld Dauber Markers

Carco’s part marking systems, including our automated EZ-Mark and EZ-Mark+ systems, and our handheld dauber markers, are reliable and customized to meet unique application needs with simplicity. Our automated systems are designed to allow for ease of color change and provide a cartridge-based system as compared to our pump-driven contact marking systems. The units can be easily adjusted to provide repeatable, uniform markings at multiple angles. Our dauber markers are compatible with all Carco inks, including our UV-fluorescent inks, and can be fitted with 1-oz, 2-oz, or 4-oz bottles.

EZ-Mark+

EZ-Mark+

The EZ-Mark+ is ideal for higher-volume applications, including controlled dot marking, spot coating, and bolt markings. This automated dauber marker features our 2-oz Dab-A-Mark bottle, compatible with all Carco inks. The EZ-Mark+ will provide ~½” Diameter Mark and will provide ~1,000 marks for every 2 oz of ink.

The EZ-Mark is an automated dauber marker designed for high- and low-volume applications, including rework and repair, prototype production, on-the-floor inspection marking, or custom product lines. It uses our proprietary X-226 bottle, compatible with all Carco inks.

Handheld Dauber Markers

A 4-oz capacity lightweight economy marker. Its mohair tip has a flow-thru valve and produces a nominal ¾” round mark. The plastic bottle can be easily refilled with any Carco ink.

A 2-oz capacity lightweight handheld dauber marker. Its mohair tip has a flow-thru valve and produces a ½” to ⅝” round mark. The plastic bottle can be easily refilled with any Carco ink.

A 1-oz capacity lightweight marker. Its mohair tip has a flow-thru valve and produces a nominal ¼” round mark. The plastic bottle can be easily refilled with any Carco ink.
